Villa 1682 St. Andrews is light and bright and filled with every amenity that we appreciate when we vacation, including great electronics; crisp, cotton sheets and fluffy pillows; spotlessly clean appliances; and lots of information about everything to do on the Island. The wood and tile floors and carpets are clean and fresh smelling, as are the comfy, colorful furnishings. Our signature, coastal-chic style is appealing and inviting – both in photos and in person!
The Great Room offers ample room for a desk/writing space, dining area for up to six, as well as a comfortable living area, opening onto the covered deck. Tree-top vistas and cool breezes invite you to breakfast with the birds or have a cocktail in the evening with family and friends.
The colorful, main level Master Suite, with king-sized bed and newly tiled bath with tub/shower combination, also opens to the deck via French doors. The upper level Guest Suite completes the picture and provides a bit of privacy via a spiral staircase and features twin beds, a full bath and spacious closet.
The recently renovated kitchen offers everything you will need — and want … sparkling clean dishes; great heavy flatware and cookware; baking and serving pieces; spotless, new appliances and granite countertops. A pleasure to cook in … or to order in from nearby restauants! An attractive Breakfast Bar with stools and pass-through to and from the Great Room gives a feeling of spaciousness and is oh, so, convenient for lunch before a round of golf.
A convenient laundry room just off the entry leads to a petite deck off the kitchen perfect for a tranquil cup of coffee before a busy day … or not! Ceiling fans and cool AC make even the inside breezy.
