Full Description: Welcome to the Beverly Serral Signature Rental home at 9 Pine Court, Greenwood Forest in Sea Pines Plantation on Hilton Head Island. Our philosophy as owners is that your vacation experience, be it 3 days or 3 months, should be completely comfortable. We accomplish this by offering a spotlessly clean home, beautifully decorated in our signature coastal chic style and equipped with what we consider to be absolute necessities for a comfortable stay. Our favorite fabric -- cotton! We've used cool, comfy cotton on our wonderful new mattresses: 400 thread count sheets and pillowcases; soft cotton and down-alternative blankets; fresh, white towels; big thirsty beach towels and even colorful, thirsty kitchen towels. Don't you loathe the kind that don't absorb water? And speaking of the kitchen -- so fresh and sparkling clean -- with all new white dishes; heavy, quality flatware; lots of serving pieces; all new bakeware; plenty of matching glassware; plus solid plastic drinking glasses for outside use. There is abundant counterspace for making cookies or blending drinks, and lots of cabinet space for stashing all of your "stuff". People tell us 9 Pine Court has the best dishwasher they have ever used. (A Maytag- extra tall, in case you were wondering.) LCD Flat screen television with DVD are available in the living room and each bedroom. The living room television features high-definition plus all units are off digital cable that includes Showtime and Starz premium channels with parental control available. Some days and nights are perfect for staying in and watching a movie! 9 Pine Court, a ranch-style, one-level home, also features wonderful outdoor spaces. Boring (but appreciated) features include: Covered parking for 2 cars plus a storage area for bikes. And, not so boring (but also appreciated): Private deck with flowering jasmine, six chairs for relaxing and chatting and a gas grill (always clean!). More ways to stay connected: High speed WiFi and complimentary local and long distance calling (48 states). And then there are the furnishings: The home at 9 Pine Court has been transformed with new furnishings and accessories. We think you will find our "coastal chic" look to be cool, comfortable and calming - both in photos and in person - and perfectly comfortable for up to six (6) guests! Everything is always fresh and super clean -- you will not find it any other way. Our commitment to high standards also applies to your total vacation experience, not just our ideal accommodations. We will promptly respond to any of your inquiries, reservations will be easily made by credit card or check, and we will provide you in advance with our "Everything You Need to Know" packet outlining everything from arrival and departure instructions, to our favorite restaurants and "must do's," to finding a doctor on a Sunday ... which, hopefully, you won't need to do! Because that is what we are all about -- completely comfortable vacations, don't you and your family deserve one? PETS: We welcome your well-behaved pet for a small additional fee of $95 ... less than boarding and lots more fun! And, Greenwood Forest is a great neighborhood for dog-walking! Greenwood Forest is nearly equidistant from Harbour Town, South Beach, and the Sea Pines Beach Club on the ocean -- 5 minutes by bike or 2 minutes by car to any of the three! As a Signature Rental guest, you have access to enjoy all that Sea Pines has to offer. Bikes: Biking is the BEST in Sea Pines. Contact information for our preferred purveyor of bikes is provided in our Guest Pak that you will receive when you inquire with your prospective dates of reservation. You can have adult and child-sized bikes, toddler seats, and pull-alongs all delivered and waiting for you upon your arrival. Beach Chairs: We have folding beach chairs at the house along with a big beach umbrella, sand toys and lots of beach towels. Take the umbrella with you to the beach OR, if you prefer, you may also rent the traditional chairs and umbrellas directly from the lifeguards who will set them up for you anticipating your arrival for a day of fun in the sun. Full information is in our Guest Pak, which will be emailed to you when you inquire concerning your vacation dates. Beach Proximity -- Hop in your car and drive to the Sea Pines Beach Club in 2 minutes. There you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas, sip a cool drink at the Beach Bar, or grab a freshly grilled burger from the Grill. Children's activities, full bath facilities, and a shore store complete the Beach Club facilities. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE OCEAN IS A 10-12 MINUTE WALK THAT IS GOOD FOR A STROLL OR EXERCISE, BUT IF TAKING CHILDREN OR LOTS OF BEACH GEAR, IT IS BETTER TO BIKE OR DRIVE TO THE BEACH. SHORT STAYS: All reservations fewer than 7 nights are pro-rated from weekly rate (discounted when applicable) and pay a full cleaning fee of $165.
