Full Description: Welcome to the Beverly Serral Signature Rental home at 5 Wildwood Court, Greenwood Forest, in Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island. Our philosophy, as vacation homeowners, is that your experience, be it 3 days or 3 months, should be completely comfortable. We accomplish this by offering a spotlessly clean home, beautifully decorated in our signature coastal chic style and equipped with what we consider to be the absolute necessities for a comfortable stay. 5 Wildwood is a light and bright split-level with attached 2-car garage filled with every amenity that we appreciate when we vacation - great electronics; crisp, cotton sheets and fluffy pillows; spotlessly clean appliances; and lots of information about everything to do on the Island. The wood floors and carpets are clean and fresh smelling, as are the fabulous furnishings newly installed by our designer of choice, PosAbilities, Inc. You'll find our signature, coastal-chic style so appealing - both in photos and in person- and perfectly comfortable for up to six (6) guests! Enjoy a beautiful backyard with two chaises perfectly positioned for relaxation and an outdoor dining table with seating for six. A new gas grill is a great way to enjoy local fresh fish or roasted corn, or a big steak from the Fresh Market on the Island or Scott's Meats in Historic Bluffton. The spacious living room with vaulted ceiling, skylights and gas fireplace is the hub of activity or relaxation. Here you will enjoy a brand NEW Sharp 42" LCD/HD TV with complimentary Netflix!, comfy sofa and two club chairs. You will also find a dedicated desk area and house-wide Wi-Fi (to do some work or just play on-line). When a little separation is desired, send the kids to the den with NEW LCD TV, love seat and club chair perfect for a snooze. For convenience, a powder room is nearby. Have you ever rented a vacation home only to find that the glassware is old and mis-matched, the cookware is nearly non-existent, and that there MIGHT be one or two wine glasses hidden back in the dark, stained cabinets? I have!! And I did not want that experience to greet my guests! Our kitchen offers everything you will need -- and want. All white dishes, heavy flatware and cookware, glassware for all occasions, a large assortment of baking and serving pieces, and spotlessly clean, nearly new appliances. A pleasure to cook in ... or to order-in! Steps away is the dining room that overlooks the back deck with seating for six. Three bedrooms up a short flight of stairs (1 NEW King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with all new pillows, as well as TV in each room. Baths (one in the hall and one en-suite with the Master Bedroom) are well-lit and spic and span! There is a good-sized laundry room with large sink and space for hanging wet things after a dip in the ocean or neighborhood pool. Ceiling fans and cool AC make even the inside breezy! Stay connected to the outside world (if you must) with high speed wireless internet and secure connection. Are comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and service of value to you? They are to us as well. And while you will likely find other vacation rental homes for less, you will always find you receive less in return. PETS: We welcome your well-behaved pet for a small additional fee of $95 ... less than boarding and lots more fun! And, Greenwood Forest is a great neighborhood for dog-walking! Greenwood Forest is nearly equidistant from Harbour Town, South Beach and the Sea Pines Beach Club on the ocean -- 5 minutes by bike or 2 minutes by car to any of the three! As a Signature Rental guest, you have access to enjoy all that Sea Pines has to offer. Bikes: Biking is the BEST in Sea Pines. We will recommend that you call our preferred bike purveyor so that you will be out-and-about in no time enjoying the scenery and fresh air on the bike paths. You can order adult and child-sized bikes, toddler seats and pull-alongs all delivered and waiting for you upon your arrival. Details are in our Guest Pak that you will receive when you inquire with your prospective dates of reservation. Beach Equipment: We have folding beach chairs at the house along with a big beach umbrella, sand toys and lots of beach towels. Take the umbrella with you to the beach OR, if you prefer, you may rent the traditional chairs and umbrellas directly from the lifeguards who will set them up for you anticipating your arrival for a day of fun in the sun. Full information is in our Guest Pak, which will be emailed to you when you inquire concerning your vacation dates of choice. Beach Proximity - Hop in your car and drive to the Sea Pines Beach Club in 2 minutes. There you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas, sip a cool drink at the Beach Bar, or grab a freshly grilled burger from the Grill. Children's activities, full bath facilities and a shore store complete the Beach Club. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE OCEAN IS A 10-12 MINUTE WALK THAT IS GOOD FOR A STROLL OR EXERCISE, BUT, IF TAKING CHILDREN OR LOTS OF BEACH GEAR, IT IS BETTER TO BIKE OR DRIVE TO THE BEACH. HOW TO CALCULATE YOUR TOTAL RATE: For a week long stay, start with your rental rate (below), then add 10% for sales and lodging taxes, then add $45 for damage insurance policy (required!). This is your total-- no additional charges for 'administrative' or “booking' fees. PAYMENT 7 RESERVATIONS: a 50% deposit is required at time of reservation, with full payment at 60 days before arrival. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and your personal check. Full details and cancellation policies are outlined in our Initial Rental Policies document which will be emailed to you once we receive your inquiry and requested dates. PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT 'HOLD' ANY PROPERTY WITHOUT PAYMENT. SHORT STAYS: Start with the weekly rate, then pro-rate for your number of nights (see minimum), then add $185 for departure cleaning, then add 11% taxes, then add $45 damage insurance to arrive at total. DISCOUNTS FOR LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS: Book 8-21 days in advance of arrival and receive 15% off published rate. Book 7 or fewer days in advance and receive 25% off published rate. First adjust the rate for the discount, then add taxes, (and cleaning if a short stay) and $45 damage insurance. WINTER RENTALS: Buy 3 weeks and get one free! No tax is required for rentals 90 days or longer. Ask about our winter 'Super Specials': 3 months for one price including travel/trip interruption insurance. MULTI-WEEK SPRING, SUMMER, FALL RENTALS: 5% discount off weekly rate. TRAVEL INSURANCE: Calculated as 7% of your final total less damage insurance, this optional yet encouraged program protects your entire group from financial loss of your vacation dollars.
