Full Description: Welcome to the Beverly Serral Signature Rental home at 12 Wren Drive, South Beach, in Sea Pines Plantation on Hilton Head Island. Enjoy the week of Heritage-- Arrive April 8 or 9 and depart April 15 or 16 for an all inclusive price of $3,995-- spa heating included! Our philosophy as vacation home owners is that your vacation experience, be it 3 days or 3 months, should be completely comfortable. We accomplish this by offering a spotlessly clean home, beautifully decorated in our signature coastal chic style, and equipped with, what we consider to be, the absolute necessities for a comfortable stay. EVERYTHING in 12 Wren is NEW as of May 2011: Just renovated and new pool built! Top of the list: CLEAN. And we mean CLEAN in ALL CAPS! We are told over and over that our homes are the cleanest in which our guests have ever stayed. It is one of our Signature hallmarks and we take CLEAN seriously. 12 Wren is an easy walk to the beach and considered 7th row ocean, meaning that even young children can stroll over to put their tootsies in the sand. The house is light and bright and filled with every amenity that we appreciate when we vacation ... fabulous new electronics including Bose Sound Dock for ipod player; crisp, cotton sheets and fluffy pillows; top tier appliances; and lots of information about everything to do on the Island. The carpets are new, clean and fresh-smelling, as are the fabulous furnishings. The bright, open kitchen, featuring all white dishes and lots of accoutrements, is ideal for cooking in or ordering-in. There is also a great grilling deck just off the kitchen with gas grill for fresh fish or tasty steak. Have you ever rented a vacation home only to find the glassware is old and mismatched, the cookware is nearly non-existent, and one or two old wine glasses are hidden back in the dark, stained cabinets? We have!! And we did not want that experience to greet our guests. For convenience, the kitchen opens to a breakfast area (seating 4) and to the dining room (seating 8), both with calming views of the back deck. A spacious living room with new 55" LCD flat screen Samsung HDTV with DVD player (plus video library) opens to a huge deck with comfy outdoor furniture, just the place for sunning, sipping, or chatting, and then to the new pool and spa. Heating of the pool is available for an additional fee in cool months. Four bedrooms (2 Masters with Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twins) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with "down alternative" pillows (great for those who may be allergic to the real thing) as well as LCD TV/DVD players in each room. On the main level is one master suite and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, plus a full bath. Up a short flight of stairs are the second master suite with balcony and queen bedroom with full bath. All baths are spiffy, roomie, and spic and span! There is a BIG main level laundry room with space for hanging wet things after a swim in the pool . Stay connected to the outside world (if you must) with super speedy WI-FI. Are comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and service of value to you? They are to us as well! And while you will likely find other vacation rental homes for less, you will always find you receive less in return. Our Signature homes out-perform all others in their categories for a reason, and we invite you to experience our service and style for yourself. LOCATION/BEACH PROXIMITY: See the GoogleMap here or Mapquest 12 Wren Drive, Hilton Head, 29928, to see the exact location. Easy walk 7 "rows" to the ocean in 5 minutes. Bike to South Beach Marina Village in 5 minutes, then you can take the trolley from South Beach to the Beach Club, Harbour Town or Sea Pines Center. Bikes: Biking is the BEST in Sea Pines. You can have adult and child-sized bikes, toddler seats, and pull-alongs all delivered and waiting for you when you arrive. Please see our Guest Pak that you will receive when you inquire with your prospective dates of reservation. Beach Chairs: We have folding beach chairs at the house along with a big beach umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards, rolling beach cart and lots of beach towels. Take the umbrella with you to the beach OR, if you prefer, you can rent traditional chairs and umbrellas directly from the lifeguards. Physical Challenges: Actually, while not truly ADA-compliant, 12 Wren is ideal for anyone using a wheelchair or who may just have trouble getting around. There is almost no transition from driveway to front entry, lots of space inside to manuever with wide doorways, and also a zero-entry pool! RATES: Please note that we sincerely appreciate your interest in our home, but that we ADHERE FIRMLY to the generous discount policies listed here. Our guests have always found extraordinary value and comfort in our property. We look forward to welcoming you as well! LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS: Book 8-21 days in advance of arrival and receive 15% off published rate. Book 7 or fewer days in advance and receive 25% off published rate. WINTER OR LONG-TERM RENTALS: Buy 3 weeks and get one free! No tax is required for rentals 90 days or longer. Super Special rate for 3-5 winter months rental. Just ask! MULTI-WEEK SPRING, SUMMER AND FALL RENTALS: 5% discount off weekly rate. SHORT STAYS: All reservations fewer than 7 nights are pro-rated from weekly rate (discounted when applicable) and pay full departure cleaning fee of $275, plus 11% sales and lodging tax and damage insurance ($45) per reservation.
