Full Description: Welcome to the Beverly Serral Signature Rental at 445 Plantation Club Villas, Sea Pines. Our philosophy as vacation home owners is that your vacation experience, be it 3 days or 3 months, should be completely comfortable. Top of the list: CLEAN. And we mean CLEAN in ALL CAPS! We are told over and over that our homes are the cleanest our guests have ever stayed in. It is one of Signature hallmarks and we take CLEAN seriously. This villa is light and bright and filled with every amenity that we appreciate when we vacation ... great electronics; crisp, cotton sheets and fluffy pillows; comfy furnishings, and lots of information about everything to do on the Island. The entire villa has had a top to bottom renovation and you will love it! There is an exceptionally outfitted, open kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances, opening into a dining area with seating for 6 and beyond to the living area overlooking the famed Ocean Course. The spacious living room features a 39" LCD flat screen HDTV with DVD player (plus video library). Two bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen/1 Double) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with down alternative pillows (great for those who may be allergic to the real thing) as well as LCD TV in each room and DVD in the guest bedroom (great for kids). The bathrooms are totally new and spic-and-span, always. We love clean and understand that you do, too. Stay connected to the outside world (if you must) with high speed wireless internet. Do you enjoy the little extras that shouldn't be "extra"? We supply your villa with full size, excellent quality bath and kitchen amenities like soaps, paper towels and tissue; also laundry soap and trash bags. Our Signature homes out-perform all others in their categories for a reason and we invite you to experience our service and style for yourself! You can have adult and child-sized bikes, toddler seats, and pull-alongs all delivered and waiting for you when you arrive. Details will be emailed to you. BEACH PROXIMITY: Simply walk out your door, turn left, and be standing in the ocean in 5 minutes. Too much stuff to carry? Take your car and drive to the Beach Club in about 30 seconds. ACCESS: Villa 445 is on the fourth floor of the Plantation Club Villa building that is CLOSEST to the ocean of the three. There is ELEVATOR service as well as wide stairs, easy to navigate.
