Pricing is key.
We very often recommended a pre-listing home inspection and repairs. This is invaluable as we go to pricing and then presentation and certainly during the Buyer inspection process- no Seller wants repair “surprises” once under contract.
Great quality, professional photos are a must for any listing, and we work with great photographers for still, video, and drone footage. We also believe in anticipating Buyer and agent needs and work with our Seller clients to assemble a package of full property details—expenses, insurance, surveys, elevation certificates, list of upgrades and improvements—to make the process easy and straightforward for a Buyer.
In addition to out of the gate, precisely calculated pricing, the property condition also matters.
