We migrated from 1 week in Florida to Hilton Head South Carolina, the 2nd week of February 2019. We have never been there before but many of Canadian friends have time shares there and vacation both during the winter and summer months.We met Beverley Serral a local real estate sales representative and owner of her own company who personally introduced us to the unit we were looking at. She was very pleasant to deal with, and the unit she was managing for the owners was spotless and fully equipped. Above all, it was pet friendly which was important as we had our 4 legged friend traveling with us. The unit was located in the Sea Pines which is a beautiful community which gated access which makes you comfortable. There are several eating establishements within Sea Pines and a host of other restaurants within a 10 minute commute outside of the grounds. To our amazement, the whole island the shape of a boot has been very well planned out with miles of bike tracks located off the main arteries are well used. The miles sandy beaches are pet friendly during certain times of the year and are beautiful to walk on. A number of sprting activities are predominent on the island, tennis and golf seem to be the primaries, with boating and fishing not far behind.

We’ve been coming to Sea Pines for the last 5 years and have stayed at different properties each year. We decided to get away from the city for three weeks during this extended COVID work from home period. Beverly and her team were so friendly and easy to work with during the reservation process. The property was SPOTLESS and decorated so nicely. What we really loved is how well stocked it was. Since the previous properties we’ve stayed at only would provide tiny toiletries and minimal paper products, we came prepared with packing our own TP, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and trash bags. We were shocked find there were full-sized soaps, detergents, household cleaners, lots of TP, trash bags, etc. We only had to open one of our own paper towels for the whole three weeks!! It was also so awesome that the unit came with beach chairs, an umbrella, beach caddy, cooler and beach towels. After this stay we have decided we will only go through Beverly for our Sea Pines rentals.

After climbing the stairs - you will find every amenity down to the plunger and brush in the math room. It’s crazy how many things this owner thought to include. The is Cutco knives in the kitchen! Very clean. Plenty of space. Over looks the pool but not really anything else to look at. Amazing, amazing, amazing management company!!!

This was our second stay at this unit at Lighthouse Tennis. The unit is ideally situated in Sea Pines with easy walking access to restaurants and shopping at Harbourtown and the Sea Pines Center.
The condo is updated and very comfortably furnished. The 3rd floor location might be a consideration for those who don't enjoy stairs.

I highly recommend this property and the Best Nest agency. Thanks for a wonderful 2 months!

Our family of four, with two teens, rented this great condo in Sea Pines for the long weekend. The check in was a breeze. The unit was clean and newly renovated. The location was good enough for us, especially if you get bikes delivered to the unit. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. Last, the management company that rented to us was great. Professional. Courteous. Helpful. If you are going to Hilton Head, you would do well to stay here.

Finally a management company who understands quality and attention to detail! The furnishings were top quality, the linens were exceptional and the cleanliness was refreshing. The Sea Pines location is our favorite and any location is just a lovely bike ride to the beach! Everything was above and beyond and I will continue to choose Beverly Serral BestNest for future stays in Hilton Head.

I’ve been booking vacation rentals with Beverly and her team for years because they understand what it takes to make your stay the best. Booking and check-in are easy and streamlined. Every detail in the home is clean, organized, beautiful, functional, and extra comfortable. The beds were dreamy, the linen just right and love having a ceiling fan in the bedroom.
There is a thorough binder of helpful information, easy instructions and great recommendations of things to explore on the island. There are a lot of extras including a wonderful basket of welcoming goodies, beach towels, chairs and toys. The best part is you feel like you are on vacation when you walk in and see such a beautiful place!

An exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated condo! Well laid out floor plan and open concept. A beautiful view of the pool from the easily accessible third floor. Extremely comfortable bedding in large beds to accommodate a family. Beyond adequate appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Amenities such as cleaners, paper products, towels, etc. were well stocked and unexpectedly plentiful. Manager called to check on us and to ensure all our expectations and needs were being met! Easy booking and confirmation process with iPhone app to access info.

we really liked 2414 LTC. Unfortunately, the unit below was undergoing construction, starting at 7:15AM. Not our property manager's fault. Fortunately, BESTNEST was able to line up a new location right away which was as nice as this one. Both units were very well managed, and each was stocked with everything you need!
