Our inaugural BESTNEST/Luxe property at 17 Green Wing Teal showcases the concept beautifully-- this is a casually chic, and gracious home, resplendent with inviting indoor and outdoor spaces. This property requires a minimum 7-night stay in summer, with Saturday arrivals and departures. Easter/Heritage week requires a 7-night stay with flexible arrival and departure days.

- A fully stocked, true cook's kitchen with Sub Zero refrigeration, a gourmet Thermador range, Scottsman ice maker and 3 coffee makers (traditional drip, Keurig, and Nespresso Virtuo?coffee also supplied)
- Total of 5 Bedrooms, each with en suite baths, and 5 full and 2 half bath (one powder room, and one pool bath). Ground level bedrooms include 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins and main/2nd level bedrooms include dual master/kings, one of which features a connected nursery or sitting room
- Each bedroom has Spectrum digital cable, with the exception of the twin bedroom. Additional electronic features include 3 additional televisions- including one outdoors- one DVD player, and Sonos sound
- Multiple gathering areas, which are ideal for guest gathering or separation
- An alcove office/library outfitted with 32" monitor and wireless Epson printer
- Amplifi whole-house WiFi with 400 Mbps speed, password protected internet
- A main level "TV room" (which opens to pool area) with dual viewing areas, 75" Samsung TV with Sonos surround sound, and bar with ice maker

HOUSEKEEPING: While our housekeeping has always been fastidious, we also take extra precautions, using CDC approved products, and treating both hard and soft surfaces prior to your arrival.
PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (2 dogs maximum, certain breeds allowed, all must be crated when left alone) at $450 per dog and refundable damage deposit. Please inquire with your dog details. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated when left alone.
POOL HEATING: The charge for heating the pool (via propane) April, May, September, and October: 4-5 nights $800; 6-7 nights $1,000; each additional night $150. November-March: 4-5 nights $1,000; 6-7 nights $1,400; each additional night $200. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable.
PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Refundable guest damage deposit required 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit amount varies by length of stay and starts at $2,500.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made 90 days or more before arrival-full refund less $500. Cancellations 89-45 days prior to arrival forfeit 60% of amount paid. Cancellations 44 or fewer days prior to arrival forfeit total amount paid. Travel insurance is always highly recommended. THIS POLICY SUPERSEDES HOMEAWAY/VRBO.
