My husband and two year old recently stayed at this property for July 4th week, and it was a wonderful stay. The home is decorated beautifully, extremely clean, and stocked with so many things you may need but forgot to bring with you. I have been coming to the island for many years and this has been my favorite rental. The company (Beverly and staff) were so kind and helpful with any questions we had. The location was lovely, and evenings were relaxing looking at the lagoon across the way. Overall, 5/5 stars and we will be staying with this company again next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 21 Shell Ring. It was spotlessly clean, well appointed and in close proximity to the neighborhood pool. The trolley worked fine for the beach noting that the bike ride was a little farther that we would have liked.

This property was absolutely beautiful! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at 22 Shell Ring Rd! Beverly Serral properties are beautifully decorated and well organized with everything you could possibly want or need while on vacation! Each room was so well designed. The comfy/cozy blankets were so comfortable and soft! Out back was the lagoon and it was nice to get a glimpse of the alligator who lives there... we stayed inside and watched from the glass doors! �� The garage was well stocked with lots of beach items and a cart to carry them in.. everything you needed for your vacation, Beverly Serral and staff made sure it was here! I highly recommend her properties, you will not be disappointed at all! It was such a wonderful stay at 21 Shell Ring Rd. Oh, and the gift basket from Beverly and staff was such an added touch! Very welcoming! The property is centrally located to lots of surrounding places to eat or sight see and the beach was very close by. The pool was a fun place for my grandson!

This place takes the cake for the most homey place we’ve stayed at. From the moment we pulled up, we felt so relaxed and welcomed. It was stocked with everything you need. Everything was comfortable and very clean. Phenomenal job with everything. We would rent from this group again anytime.

We had a wonderful time at 21 Shell Ring. This house was beautiful and sized perfectly for our family and friends. Everything was super clean and nice for our arrival. Loved how many amenities were provided: spices, soaps, detergents, trash bags, etc. We did not need a thing! The experiences surpassed our expectations and we would LOVE to stay here again and certain would use Beverly Serral in a heartbeat - they made everything easy. We also appreciated the opportunity to bring our dog, while following all rules for pets. The bathrooms in this house are fantastic. If we had to change anything it would be that we would have loved to be a little closer to the beach - but we enjoyed riding our bikes instead, rental bikes were also so easy, delivered and picked up by the company recommended. Home is easily accessed about 1 mile from the Sea Pines gate, so you are in and out very quickly. Our vacation was a DELIGHT! One of our best meals was a brunch a nearby restaurant NECTAR, and we also used catering service (Board & Basket HHI) to host a low country boil at the house - delicious!

We really enjoyed the 21 Shell Ring property! It was located in a quaint neighborhood that was small & not overcrowded with homes, which were all beautiful by the way! The house was beautiful upon arrival from the outside & even more impressive on the inside. Everything was top notch down to the linens, house decor,& fully stocked- anything you could need in a kitchen. We would definitely come back!

We have stayed in a handful of Beverly Serral properties, all in Sea Pines, and they are always our favorite! 21 Shell Ring was updated, very clean and had everything we needed. The team at Beverly Serral also found my son's treasured stuff animal and mailed it to us before we even realized it was missing! Thank you and can't wait to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautifully decorated, sparkling clean, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Beverly and her staff are great to work with and did everything to make our stay seamless and perfect. They think of every detail so you have what you need to feel at home and you’re equipped for the activities on HHI (beach bag, chairs, umbrella, towels, and cooler). They also left us a very thoughtful gift basket of snacks and gift cards. We have been to Hilton Head before but had never stayed in Sea Pines. We loved it because there were so many things to do! Our trip took place just as things were starting to open after COVID-19 shut downs. Cleanliness and safety were our top priorities. The house was immaculate upon arrival and provided a refuge away from crowds. We did our own cooking for almost all meals, and the house is well equipped for cooking. There is even a coffee and wine bar, complete with wine fridge. We were traveling with older kids, and we never ran out of things to do. The neighborhood is great for walking and biking. We visited Harbour Town, South Beach, the Stoney Baynard Ruins, the Sea Pines Forest Reserve, and the beach (at both the Beach Club area and South Beach). You can bike to everything or take a short drive. It’s all right in the neighborhood. Our son also fished in multiple locations within Sea Pines in both fresh water and salt water. The fishing was fantastic, with lots of variety. When our fun filled days were finished, the house was our quiet spot to enjoy dinner on the deck overlooking the pond. Thank you for a fun, memorable trip in this beautiful home and neighborhood!

Wonderful stay in a wonderful and recently appointed home. Perfect size and having 3 beds and 3 bathrooms was great. Decorated with beautiful taste and felt very new. Extra great was having some essentials available for our use such as toiletries, and cleaning supplies. Very nice neighbourhood and amazing access to bike paths.
