Great home in a great area!

This was my first trip to HHI. 26 Tupelo was a slice of heaven! With an Ideal location and surrounded by natural beauty I found myself transported. I was able to ride my bike literally everywhere! Beach and golf were just around the corner. The interior of the home evoked a sense of tranquility that I welcomed and sought out. Will be back next year for a longer stay! Didn’t want to leave. Found my happy place!

A beautiful home and well stocked with everything to make the stay a success. The outdoor pool was phenomenal in about 10 minute bike ride go to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOUSE. I TRULY FELT LIKE I WAS HOME. THE DECOR IS JUST AN ICING ON THE CAKE. MY KIDS HAD THEIR OWN LITTLE COTTAGE AND THE BUNK BEDS....the best!!! WE'LL RETURN BEFORE THE SUMMER IS OVER. THIS IS THE FIRST VACATION HOME THAT I ABSOLUTELY LOVED.

My family absolutely loved our short trip to HHI. The house had everything you could want or need for the perfect stay. It is beautifully decorated and such a relaxing atmosphere. It is perfect for sitting by the pool, bike rides and walks on the beach. Just what we needed!

Hilton Head Island Retreat
My husband and I had the opportunity to stay in this lovely home a few weeks ago. From the moment we walked into the house until the moment we left, we experienced absolute tranquility, comfort, and luxury. It was obvious that the home had been recently updated with great attention given to providing an optimal experience. Several comfortable seating areas called to us and it was hard to decide where to spend our time! In addition, the pool/spa area was very inviting and private. From the furnishings and decor to the beach items and bicycles, we had everything we needed to enjoy our time on Hilton Head Island, although it was very tempting to just spend our time relaxing at this house. The house was conveniently located so when we did venture out we did not have to go far to get to the beach, harbor area, restaurants and shops. We did not cook during our short stay but the kitchen was well stocked and set up ideally for family dinners and entertainment. I just can't say enough positive things about this house. We definitely hope to return and feel certain that if you stay in this home you won't be disappointed.

We had a great stay in this wonderful home. All of the bedrooms had their own bath and the shared spaces were so welcoming with seating for all. We grilled out one night and the kitchen was perfectly appointed with everything we needed to create a big family feast.

This house was extremely clean and neat. Our family absolutely loved the pool and guest house. There was enough room for our whole family, and we could have actually had more members of our family come because we had the space. Really, the only complaint I had is about the bicycles. We thought we could use the ones at the house and you can't. You need to rent some. Other than the bicycles, everything else was great. We will definitely stay here again. Loved sitting in the sunroom area watching people golf. So peaceful!

Great experience. Only negative was that the water filter on the refrigerator needed to be replaced and the ice maker was terribly slow in making ice.

Property was beautiful, had a great layout and location! Had everything we would need for our stay. Loved how it was decorated and the furnishings. Loved the pool area, wouldn’t mind if nicer outdoor furniture but was so hot we barely sat outside anyways. Washer and dryer need updating but other than that was perfect!

We were very happy with our vacation rental. The property was beautiful and the management staff quickly responded to a concern we had. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed - besides the food! But there was a Publix close by as well as delicious restaurants.

We definitely would stay again and/or seek out other Beverly Serral Properties! Beverly and her team exceeded our expectations with the extra touches. Other rental agencies do not compare to the Beverly Serral excellence you will experience. Tupelo residence was absolutely superb. The furnishings, cleanliness and spacious living areas were a pleasant surprise. The additional separate quarters were a must when traveling with teens! They loved having their own unique space that was decorated to the tee! We enjoyed the pool and landscaped surroundings! Bike ride to beach was maybe five minutes...not bad at all! Overall...Thumbs up!!

Had a great time visiting this super cozy and well-appointed property. The pool was awesome. The kitchen and living room/spaces were very inviting - made for a great friends/family reunion. All the rooms were very comfortable. A great time was had by all. We will return.

House was perfect on arrival. Spacious and updated great for 2 families or larger family to use guest house with bunk beds. One of the best locations on the island in a quiet area but easy bike rides to beach club, Harbor Town and Salty dog. Pool, large screened in porch and spacious interior really make this house a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The rental company is the best we have ever experienced and top notch! Thanks for a great stay and will be back.

Property was updated and comfortable. Very clean. Spent most of our time in the pool. Loved the fact that pool towels and soaps were provided. Only concern was the proximity to ocean.

Best property in Sea Pines
We have loved this property from the moment we arrived! It is beautifully renovated inside, and all the extras make it amazing! Included beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrellas, and beach/pool towels, hand soaps, laundry detergent, etc! It is a short bike ride to the beach and Lawton Stables! Beds are comfy and pool area is inviting and tranquil! Honestly, every amenity we wanted was here and any needs, the management company was prompt! We will only rent from Beverly Serral from now on!

We stayed here with extended family: two adult couples, one older teen, and 4 kids between the ages of 10 and 13. This house was ideal for our group. It provides multiple smaller gathering spaces and a dining table large enough to accommodate everyone for meals. The covered porch is great, as is the pool. We also rented bikes and were able to get to the beach, local harbor, etc. I strongly recommend this house!

Having never been to Hilton Head before, my first impression was that it can't possibly get better than Sea Pines. And next, I can't imagine a better property. We were two families with 3 children ages 10-13 and the layout was PERFECT. The kids enjoyed their own private (but easily accessible) bunk cottage and the main house boasted 3 bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. The open layout was great and the four seasons room was my personal favorite. There were also plenty of amenities - we never felt like we didn't have what we needed. Finally, although the pool looks a little small, it's actually the perfect size for all to enjoy a refreshing dip. DO rent bikes for local outings and ENJOY!

Wonderful time at this home. It is gorgeous and the perfect spot to relax with friends. The 10am check out seems odd. It would have been better if it was at least 11. Would definitely make reservations for dinner plans before you arrive at HH. Everything closes early on the island. We were still able to find good spots.
