We stayed at this home for the third time and continue to love it. It is spacious, beautifully and comfortably decorated and fully equipped. Every need has been anticipated and our two weeks there were just wonderful. The staff at Beverly Serral are always helpful and make everything perfect.

My husband and I along with our kids and grandkids stayed at Hollyberry Lane in July. Like “ALL” of Beverly’s rentals, the home was spotless and supplied with everything useful when cooking a meal or heading to the beach. We particularly enjoyed the pool, especially in the evenings. The location is close to the beach, as our daughter strolled her son in the wagon each morning. It’s also located just down the road to Harbor Town. We have vacationed to HHI for 30 years plus years and Beverly’s rentals are like no other in comparison...thank you for helping make beautiful memories for our family!

We had an excellent experience. The home was beautifully decorated and very clean and welcoming for our arrival. The bed and furniture were comfortable and well-arranged. We had everything we needed. We have rented several times with Bev Serral/BESTNEST. By far the facilities are spotless and have always been stocked with the necessary utensils, sporting goods, etc. We were a little disappointed with this particular property because of the third bathroom. There were three couples for this trip and our expectation was three full bathrooms. The shower of the third bathroom was too small and confined (height), that it was not functional. We ended up having to share the two remaining bathroom between the three couples.

Will this prevent me from renting with BESTNEST? Absolutely not but I will ask more questions next time about the bathroom facilities to ensure the home is appropriate for our plans. I would recommend this property to a friend but would make them fully aware of the third bathroom issue.

We loved 27 Hollyberry Lane! This is our 10th year at Hilton head and our favorite house yet! Our favorite things: Best nest was the BEST rental company we’re ever worked with and we rent a lot... so helpful, friendly!!! Home is extremely clean, extremely comfortable beds and bedding, quiet neighborhood, very nice pool and heated very warm, Fully stocked kitchen with everything we could possibly need, home decoration is gorgeous, ample amount of towels both bath and beach, Great washer and dryer... and really home is SOOO clean - huge kudos to your housekeeping staff!

We are absolutely pleased with this rental. Beautiful home. All the amenities. Amazing! Only one complaint!! We wish we would have known all the extras in the house before arriving! We brought things in our car (from Canada!!) that we’re already in house- ex. Dog crate! We wish we would have known how prepared this house was for visitors as it would have lightened our travel load so if you are renting ask specifically about extras in the home!!

We loved this house and the location. We biked to Harbour Town & the stables. The decor is 10/10. The pool was perfect for our family. The house, as usual with Best Nest, was stocked and ready to vacation as soon as we arrived. Rent this house, you will love it!

Thank you yet again, Best Nest. The pictures don’t do the home justice. Great pics, but even better feel as soon as you enter the house. My best friend and I loved the bonus living room for chatting late at night, the teenagers loved the upstairs hideaway, and all of us loved the pool area. The kitchen is well appointed , and we made huge breakfasts and lunches with the cookware etc you supplied. The beds and bedrooms are all lovely. The placement of the house is perfect and on a quiet street (a huge plus for this light sleeper). It’s also very accessible to the beaches and Harbortown. Thank you for having us. I would rent this home over and over.

This was one of the best vacation rental we’ve stayed in Over 18 years of coming to Hilton Head Island! Extremely clean and well stocked for a fun stay! Nestled in the back of a quiet neighborhood we were able to enjoy time together as a family! Also, we loved that during our stay we had someone come out and clean the pool one day! It was a surprise and added bonus! Easy and quick check-in and check-out and appreciated the email asking how everything was and if we needed anything! We felt very safe during COVID staying in this rental and will definitely be back!

Second time around
We just left this beautiful home after a 10 day vacation. This is our second time staying here. Once in May 2023 also. Chose to heat the pool this time- best decision ever. Worth every penny. This home is stunning with amenities to spare! They stock it while! Bedrooms are huge. Many living spaces. It is clear it is kept well and loved when not rented. Brought our dog for the second time and he loved it too. This house is so close to so many things. We will be back again.

If there was a 10 star rating for this beautiful BESTNEST home by Beverly Serral, I would give them both 10 stars! The home was in perfect condition, very clean, everything worked properly, home well stocked with everything you might need and the pool was serviced twice a week. It looks just like the photos, decorated very nicely and good layout. We loved being able to walk a lot in the neighborhood and to the beach. The home is in a nice quiet pretty neighborhood and good location. We were so pleased with every aspect of renting this beautiful home. I look forward to renting this home again through Beverly Serral. It was one of the best home rental experiences we've ever had. BESTNEST by Beverly Serral's office does a fantastic job!

We stayed at 27 Hollyberry for a family vacation with my children and grandchildren. The property exceeded our expectations. The home is comfortable and inviting. The layout of the home is ideal to spend time together and also allows the kids and adults to have space too. The private pool was a great feature and easily accessible from the main living space, but allowed to enter and exit through a bathroom to help keep the water in the right place. The beds were comfortable and finding a home with 3 king size bedrooms was a delightful find. We will definitely stay again and would recommend this property.
