We had a fantastic spring break in HHI. House was perfect and location can’t be beat. The countless small touches were the best of any vacation rental we’ve encountered. Beach gear, beach towels, shampoo, spices, sugar, snacks, etc. and Best Nest took great care of us with perfect communication.

We loved our stay in Hilton Head and Beverly and team were great to work with. This home is beautiful and well stocked. It was very comfortable for my family of 6. We enjoyed the pool and the family room and kitchen was large enough for us to spend time together. We had one issue that Beverly quickly took care of - and I couldn't thank her enough. Highly recommend!

Everything about this vacation house was excellent! The home was bright, very clean, well stocked, and had a great backyard pool.
We enjoyed watching the osprey flying over the neighboring pond and building a nest in a very tall nearby tree.
The walk to the beach was good- maybe 5 minutes walking with a small child and multiple beach toys, etc.
An exceptional vacation was had by the entire family!

BEST NEST sets the bar so high. Beautiful home, well decorated, spotlessly clean, and stocked with everything! Bug spray, soap, shampoo/conditioner, plenty of garbage bags, coffee filters, paper towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc, etc. It is so much nicer than the usual rental, especially in terms of supplies. Two minute walk to the beach. Not pictured in the listing photos are some great shade umbrellas in the pool area which were appreciated.

Once again everything in the house was first class...exactly as advertised. Super clean and comfortable. Worked really well for us with extended family across two houses. Pool heated really well despite low temperatures. Great location for short walk to beach and Salty Dog. Minor issue was addressed very quickly by the office.

We had a great stay and this home is one level, no steps to navigate. Location mid South Sea Pine’s Drive works very well. As always, The BestNest delivers a well decorated and well appointed home.

We had a wonderful time staying at 4 Scaup Court. The house is perfectly located and immaculate. The kitchen appliances were top notch. The beds, furniture and bathrooms were in very good condition. We loved the pool.

Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The location was perfect for our morning short walks to the beach with our golden. The house has a very nice view out back. The pool and pool area is clean and inviting. However, what impressed me the most was how clean and organized the house is. Just a short walk or bike ride to South Beach shops and restaurants. September is a great time to vacation in Hilton Head and 4 Scaup Court made our stay all the more enjoyable. We highly recommend and look forward to returning.

We’ve stayed with various different vacation rental companies over our many years of vacationing on Hilton Head and we will now exclusively be staying at Beverly Serrell properties! The house was not only BEAUTIFUL, but extremely well stocked! We could have probably not packed anything and been fine! Vacation rentals have come a long way over the years, but Beverly Serrell’s company truly went above and beyond for us in every aspect. The staff at the office were extremely organized, well communicative, and accommodating to our changing travel plans! We can’t say enough good things about this amazing company!

Beautiful home right across the street from the beach. Home and outdoor patio and pool were extremely clean upon our arrival. Well stocked! Kitchen- basics like salt, pepper, sugar, various other spices, ziplocks, dish soap, hand soap, etc. Bathrooms- large bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, soap, hand soap, etc. Also plenty of towels, beach towels, extra pillows, blankets. Plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, inflatables, large beach umbrellas, and a great wagon to transport items back and forth (even though the beach is right across the street the wagon was helpful and made going back and forth easy). Located in a quiet court with a few other homes. Plenty of privacy in front and back yard. Also very close to Harbor town shops and Salty Dog Cafe. Have been to HH Island many times and this was our favorite home and location!

PERFECT! 5 Stars. The property, the landscape, the house, the pool, all wonderful. Excellent condition. The decor was very soothing, right out of a design magazine. The kitchen was fully equipped and stocked, lacked for nothing. A coffee pot and Keurig both available. The home was expertly cleaned. The beds, sheets, pillows, and towels comfortable and first class. Pool area nice with lots of seating and a table for 6 for dining outside. Location location location!!!! 2 Beach accesses right across the street. One with a covered pavilion with fans, rocking chairs and swings + showers and restrooms. The other just a Very VERY short walk to the beach. Both beautiful settings. Loved the South Beach area, not crowded at all but still accessible to everything, We were greeted with a welcome basket on our arrival. First Class all the way. highly recommend. Not 1 negative thing to report. Thanks Beverly Serral !

It is always a treat to stay in a BESTNEST property. This one was no exception. It was beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. It was so close to the beach and also had beautiful pond views. We enjoyed our coffee outside every morning watching the fish jump in the pond. The level of customer service from BESTNEST is always unparalleled. Thanks for another great stay!

We had a great experience at this property. The only negative thing I would add was that our pet was found with fleas the last night of our stay. I am not saying this came from the house or property, but this is the only time we have ever seen a flea on her in 3 years. Other than that, we had a great time.

The house is small but cute. We had 3 people and it was great but more than a few more and it would be small. Kitchen is fully stocked, beds were comfortable and plenty of beach chairs. The pool was nice it’s mostly shaded. Neighbors are also super friendly. Best part is how close you are to the beach.

Thank you to Beverly and her team for going above and beyond to create a perfect 1st family vacation to Hilton Head! The house was extremely clean (all COVID precautions taken) and the home was exactly as described on-line/pictures. Extremely charming, comfortable and great location in South Beach (5 minute walk). Highly recommend Bestnest and this home. We did quite a bit of research before booking and were so pleased with this experience and home! We will definitely visit HH ahead and use Beverly/Bestnet.

We stayed at 4 Scaup for 9 days in June. This was actually our first experience renting a home as we typically stay at resorts on vacation. The house was amazing, even better than the pictures!

All the bedrooms were very large and had huge flatscreen TV's. The beds and linens were super comfortable! The private pool was awesome and so fun with a great view of the lake. The kitchen was large and so incredibly well-stocked! I know Beverly lists all the comes with it, but there was SO much and the quality of everything was top notch.

The entire house was spotless! Which during the time we went was extremely important to us!

There was a ton of communication from her Beverly and her team before and during our trip so we felt very comfortable.

The location of the house was perfect as it's just a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. It's by South Beach which was awesome because it's so much less crowded than other beaches.

If we choose to stay at Sea Pines again we will definitely stay in this our or another one of her properties again. We have already made several recommendations to our family, friends and on social media.

We had a wonderful vacation. The home was great, the location perfect and the attention to detail by the staff was exceptional. We would stay here again and will definitely use BESTNEST for future visits.
The only issue was the operation of the televisions. We are computer savvy but the cable/internet was frustrating to get working properly.

This home was fantastic, even better than expected. It was in a great location and had everything a family would need. We have high expectations of cleanliness and this house was perfectly clean and very well maintained. The house is in a great location with a beautiful view and short walks to the beach, tennis, bike rentals and a few restaurant options. We will be “regulars” for years to come. I can not emphasize enough how clean, comfortable and well appointed this house was.

We had a fantastic time! The house was immaculate! We had everything we needed-bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and even floats and toys for the pool! This was out first time taking our son (14 months old) to HHI. We make the trip every year during October. This was our first year in Sea Pines. We loved it. Not only were we a two minute walk to the beach (super important with a Toddler), the pool was the perfect size! My husband and Father in Law loved the close proximity of the lagoon for fishing. The house was above and beyond our expectations. We cooked breakfast every morning. Every dish, pot and tool that we needed was top notch quality and labeled. The dedicated propane line made grilling a breeze for dinner. Every inch of the house was comfortable and well thought out. This is hospitality at its BEST! Thank you, Beverly! You have made us a repeat renter for many years to come.
