1879 Beachside Tennis Villas: Sea Pines

We loved our stay at this water view rental. Great view, easy access to beach and pool. Accommodations were perfect for a family of 4 and included everything we needed to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Thank you! Would definitely rent with Best Nest again.

We would highly recommend this property. We loved the layout and all the amenities. The rooms were clean and it was very peaceful. The management staff quickly responded to my email questions before we headed out. We had a wonderful time. Thank you so much.

Excellent Location; Exceptionally Clean!
The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was in excellent condition and in an excellent spot in Sea Pines. We enjoyed watching dolphins and deer from the balconies, spending all day on the beach and walking to dinner at Salty Dog! Highly recommend for picky travelers!!!

1879 was everything and more! Our first trip to Hilton Head and we will be back. The description and photos were accurate. The property is tucked away in Sea Pines and is very well-maintained. Easy access to beach and pool and 1879 provides everything you need. The Salty Dog is just down the road too. Amazing views of the water and wildlife galore. Bring your bikes or rent them, you won't regret it! I left something valuable behind and BESTNEST was exceptional locating it and returning it to me. That speaks volumes!

Wow! What an amazing stay! The location and the condo were absolutely perfect. This well appointed unit provided a wonderful place to relax and enjoy amazing views. We loved this condo in the Sea Pines area of Hilton Head. Everything was perfect from the spacious layout, comfortable furniture and decor, welcome goody basket, balcony to the beautiful resort and sunset ocean views. Couldn’t be happier with this place.

We rented this unit with another couple, and we were all delighted with all of the amazing amenities! They covered every detail when stocking this unit! They thought of everything! The decor was fabulous! The location was great because we wanted a quieter area. We could easily drive to other parts of the island within a short time. Loved the pool and super short walk to the beach. Communication with the property managers was excellent. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This property was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect and very comfortable and well decorated. The property was spotless and contained everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation, including beach chairs and umbrellas. Beverly personally checked in with us at the property before the tropical storm went through, which was appreciated. We enjoyed two sunset cruises, dinner at Quarterdeck at Harbour Town, morning walks on the beach, lazy afternoons at the pool, and evening drinks at the Salty Dog, which is just a short walk from the property. The check-in and check-out procedure was made easy by Beverly and her team. I highly recommend this property and Beverly Serral Properties.

Beautiful place and location. Everything was fresh, looked new and in working order except remote for the master tv got confusing and had to call for help. Otherwise best place we’ve stayed ever! Would definitely rent again.

Cozy & Comfy
This is our second stay at 1879, and it won’t be our last. To start, the views are spectacular. The ocean can be seen from every spot in the condo. There is plenty of room to spread out and make yourself at home. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is decked out with everything needed. Thank you for a lovely stay!
