476 Plantation Club Villa: Sea Pines

We brought our little dog with us. Normally, pet friendly places come at the sacrifice of cleanliness. This place was clean far beyond our expectations. My only negative is that the mattresses are at end of life.

Hello Readers-- We so appreciate Clinton's kind words on our cleanlines. After all, it's next to, well, you know. :) However! The mattresses in this villa were brand new in 2020! These are the same mattresses we use in most all BESTNESTs, made just around the SC corner in Charleston. So many of our guests love them that they ask us if they can buy them! (Sadly, not usually, as they are only sold in SC, NC, and GA). Mattresses are very subjective and I respect the fact that Mr. Thomas did not take to these in particular, but when we checked with all of the guests who followed this family, we received kudos on their sleep experience. Great property in central location. Unit was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and equipped with lots of extra supplies. Enjoyed the golf course views also. Property Mgmt left a welcome note with extra treats - nice touch! We’ll be back!

We stayed in this unit while visiting our son who attends the JPGA Academy on HHI. The condo was clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated. We felt comfortable and safe. We would definitely come back.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. We love it. Location is great. Unit is so nicely furnished and equipped with everything we need. Beverly Serial's properties are top notch and undeniably the nicest units we've stayed in.
The only thing was that the touchpad didn't work properly when we arrived so we had to use the key the whole time we were there (no big deal) even though we called upon arrival and also emailed the next day to get a new code. And, the dryer was not working well on the general timed drying setting but we found that it would work on another setting so we solved that issue.

We rent from various agencies in HHI and you all are by far the best ever. The villa was super clean, very well stocked. A very pleasurable stay.
Couple suggestions - 2 of us were taking showers Tues afternoon. The hot water ran out which was kind of strange when night before 3 of us had showers and did not necessarily notice a drop in the water temperature.
The only other thing is that I had texted the office to find out where recycling was since we could not locate the recycling bins and did not hear back until after I had left to let me know they didn’t know where the recycling bins were.
Otherwise you all are wonderful and the unit was really great.

We had never been to the area before and were coming with no expectation and we’re very pleasantly surprised! This condo was perfectly located well appointed, nicely decorated and had every amenity you could imagine. The kitchen was well-stocked the unit was very clean and the beds were very comfortable ! Beverly and her team did an amazing job with communication and left no detail unchecked. We are already talking about coming back!

This condo is in a great location, close to the Beach Club, Golf, The Shops at Sea Pines and close to bike paths. An Easy bike ride to Harbour Town as well. The kitchen was stocked with everything you will need for your stay, everything is very clean and decorated extremely nice. The check in instructions couldn't have been any clearer, we were impressed with the entire rental process, very professional and attention to detail. I would definitely rent again from BestNest by Beverley Serral!!

The entire process was streamlines. From the email instructions about arrival process to the printed instructions that were included in the packet provided with the gate pass. It is very dark on Hilton Head Island after sunset and the instructions about how to find the unit were clutch. Upon entering the unit I immediately noticed the welcome goodies that were left there for us. That was a very nice touch. The unit itself is just as pictured. Very well appointed. Everything that could possibly be needed for an enjoyable stay was there. It is clear that all the little things have been though about all the way down to the serving platters which allowed me to make my Sunday Charcuterie ! It is a family weekly tradition!! All of the beach things provided were also extremely appreciated.. right down to a mini cooler tote bag! If I were pressed to come up with one suggestion for improvement it would only be this: since there are no ceiling fans in this unit, the addition of a couple of pedestaled fans for the bedrooms may be a good idea. I did note that the AC struggles a bit to keep the entire unit cool. I did not change the temp below 72 as instructed. I stayed in October, I can only extrapolate that in the middle of the summer months there may be a problem with being able to keep up with the heat and humidity. Overall, this is a beautiful unit, that is a manageable walk (7-10) min to the beach. I was very comfortable here and would most certainly stay in this unit again!

This unit is lovely. The villa matched the description exactly- clean, great location, high quality linens & bedding, and excellently stocked with beach gear and kitchen necessities. The villa is obviously well-maintained and all of the staff we interacted with were friendly, professional, and responsive.

My family & I were blown away by all the little touches that really took this from being just a beach rental to true hospitality. Everything from the snacks left when we arrived (including treats for our dog who came along with us), the list of local restaurant & attraction recommendations, and things like the Ziploc bags and power strips for charging phones was so thoughtfully done. I would absolutely recommend this rental or another BESTNEST property, and am looking forward to when I can come back for another stay myself.

This was my family's second stay at 476 Plantation Club Villa and we were again blown away by the property, amenities, and overall guest support from the BESTNEST staff. The property itself is beautiful, in a great location, and exceedingly well-stocked with both everyday items (things like shampoo, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and cooking pans are all there) and the essential beach gear (chairs, towels, umbrella, toys, cart,etc.)- so much so that the only thing you need to pack for a day at the beach is your bathing suit. I was also impressed with the customer service- my dad had to work a few days and was having issues connecting to the internet. Beverly was quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed.

I would *highly* recommend staying here (or at any of the BESTNEST by Beverly Serral properties) if you are looking at a Hilton Head getaway!

Mother/daughter trip to Hilton Head, and this condo was perfect! We own vacation rentals ourselves, and I always appreciate when a rental is beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was perfect for biking to South Beach, Harbour Town, and the Sea Pines Beach Club. The management company provided great communication, and I would highly recommend this rental!

We loved Sea Pine Resort and will definitely return but not to this rental. The bathrooms were not updated and was not cleaned. We saw few roaches in the one of the bathrooms and it concerned me greatly. We had to scrub down the bathroom after we purchased few bathroom cleaning supplies. We checked in on Saturday and office was not open again until Monday and I could not wait. This was disappointing since we paid top dollar for this rental.

Hello Jim and Nicole-- Horrors! We never heard a peep from you! Our 24 hour contact number is printed in lots of places for your immediate use whenever needed. We have no contact from you at all-- Cleanliness is paramount to us and if there was a cleaning need, we would have been there in a jiffy. Truly. All you have to do is call. We wish no one ever saw a palmetto bug on Hilton Head, but if they do, again, all is needed is a call. Plus- we supply a plethora of cleaning products in our properties, always to include Clorox products. And honestly, dear readers, these bathrooms have been updated. I do not often disagree with our reviewers, but this is one is unfair and untrue. Sigh. Beverly
