527 Plantation Club Villas: Sea Pines

The room was very clean and comfortable, but in the listing description it stated the beach was only 7 minutes away walking. This is misleading. In reality it is a 20 minute walk, which is a little much dragging a beach cart with three small kids in tow. The beach club had no parking and the golf course across the street was hit or miss if they “allowed” you to park there. Had I known this I would have picked a room closer to the ocean. Another small inconvenience was the dumpster for trash removal was at the end of the parking lot and locked with yet another key code. If the dumpster is full they require you to take the trash back up the three flights to your room. Just a little bit of a hassle IMO.

Dear Readers- Jonathon is correct that we do state the walk is 7 minutes-- and that is true for an adult. I will further agree that pulling beach gear and small children in tow will add to the timing. Also of note - the Mattinglys stayed with us on July 4th week-- the busiest of the year. I would whole heartedly recommend that for a busy week with small children, booking a house closer to the beach, while considerably more expensive, is more convenient. Our unit was decorated beautifully, clean and everything we needed was provided for us. I usually bring extra things that I think that we will need but on this trip I had to leave it all in the car. Our unit was fully stocked with everything all we needed to do was buy food .We even had all the necessary beach supplies. We will definitely be returning and tell our family members as well about the wonderful experience we had.

We were completely pleased by our stay at 527 Plantation Club Villas. The condo was beautifully appointed. The beds and the furniture were so comfortable. We had every tool and convenience at hand. Instructions for navigating the unit and the neighborhood were all complete and easy to follow. We look forward to staying again!

We enjoyed our stay! We have chosen Best Nest a few times now because of the level of care and cleanliness. The mattresses, sheets, blankets, and pillows are top notch and make me much more comfortable than some of the other companies we have rented through in the past. Rental is conveniently located, easy bike ride to the beach club or harbourtown cafe and shops. We arrived in October and the pool was closed so I can’t rate that part. I would recommend this rental!

We enjoyed our stay and would rent this condo again. My husband enjoyed watching the golfers from the balcony. Condo has everything you need and it’s very clean, tastefully furnished and well organized. We biked to restaurants and around the island, which is our favorite thing to do.
