531 Plantation Club Villa: Sea Pines

We enjoyed a 1 week stay/vacation in this condo. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach. Parking was easy. Condo is well equipped, clean and everything was in good working condition. This was our second time renting thru Beverly Serral and both times have been very good experiences. Would rent again!

The rental was beautifully done, very clean, amenities well thought out. Location was good for us, I brought 4 teenage girls and the location and bike rentals gave them plenty of freedom to explore the beach, south beach and harbor town. Fun to watch golfer from the balcony. I needed some help with the tv/netflix, never did get netflix to work and tv signal was frequently out. Really not a big deal, bedroom tv's no problem. My sister vacations frequently in the area, is thinking about renting this unit, she was very impressed. I loved all the biking, nature trees, Sea Pines is beautiful, and very good proximity to restaurants, shopping etc. Very convienient having beach chairs, towels equiptment

Our first time in a Serral rental and we are very impressed. Five of us (two adults and three children) were very comfortable in this lovely 4th floor villa. While the rest of the villa was squeaky clean (thank you!!), unfortunately dog hair remained on the couches from a previous guest. We took care of it ourselves but wanted to note here. We were particularly grateful for the complimentary beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, books, games, and the attention to the little details of the rental--and, the welcome snacks! Thanks for a great vacation rental--and thanks Beverly for being so responsive to our Netflix issues!? We will recommend to others and hope to stay again.

One of the nicest vacation rentals we have ever stayed! Very centrally located in Sea Pines. On golf course but close walk or bike ride to beach and Harbor Town. BestNest went above and beyond with communication before and during our stay. They provided so many amenities like beach towels, beach chairs, a beach cart, etc and a nice welcome basket with local goodies!! The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you could imagine for cooking and eating in! The place was immaculate and very updated. I have already recommended this management company to friends and will only use them to book our next vacation to Hilton Head!

This is our second stay at 521 Plantation Club Villa and our fourth stay at a Beverly Serral property! The location of this condo could not be better. Aside from a few dinners off Sea Pines property we don't get in our car once we arrive for the week. Because this particular condo is so centrally located, we are able to bike with our 17 month old to the beach, park, Lawton Stables, etc. The layout of this condo is perfect. The open floorplan left lots of room for us to settle in without feeling cramped (even bringing half of our permanent home for a toddler). Beverly and her team have done a terrific job renovating and decorating this condo to truly feel comfortable and luxurious - a home away from home, with a much better view! I believe vacation should be somewhere at LEAST as nice and clean as your own home and there is never a doubt in my mind that this condo (as with any of Beverly's properties) will be in tip-top shape and if there were ever a concern I know Beverly's team would stop at nothing to meet our request (they've even provided trusted babysitter recommendations for our last two stays)! Needless to say based on our return visit to this condo - we would certainly recommend this property to friends and family without hesitation.

This villa really did have everything you could possibly need for a fun and relaxing beach getaway. Beach towels, toys, chairs, cart etc! Great location! Quick bike ride to the beach, and a great view of the 9th hole tee box! Extra clean, especially considering they allow dogs and they took extra precautions because of Covid-19. We will definitely stay at Beverly's properties again!

Our family of 5 stayed at this Plantation Villa property in Sea Pines during mid-July. The property was in great condition, very clean, and appeared to be recently updated with ceramic tile floors throughout, along with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and newer furniture. This villa was very comfortable to stay in. We appreciated the various amenities included in the rental, including the beach chairs and Wonder Wheel cart to help carry/roll all the stuff down the beach. Nice, big, beach towels were also available to use during the stay. Overall, we really liked this villa. Quiet location. It was very warm/humid during our stay, and the temperature in the villa was always comfortable with the A/C. Location was good, although maybe a little further to the beach than we anticipated. This was okay, as it was a short drive to the new Sea Pines Beach Club. The pool on property was pretty spacious and was a nice was to break-up the trip in between visits to the beach and bike rides. Working with Beverly Serral and team was easy. They were responsive. The villa also included a nice booklet of Beverly's recommended places to eat and visit, which came in handy. I would recommend this villa to families and would consider renting from Beverly Serral again.

This place was great for my family of four. The furnishings were comfortable and nice. By far the views of the golf course is what makes this place special. It was wonderful to get up each morning and have my coffee on the balcony overlooking the beautiful golf course. Beverly and her staff have done a great job to ensure that all the basics are available for you when you arrive. Definitely would stay here again.

The villa was nicely decorated with most amenities provided. Although it is on the 4th floor if you don’t mind using elevator and stairs the location was very close to the Beach club and short bike ride to harbor town. Also there was a nice view of the 9th hole of the golf course. The home came with beach equipment and towels so you don’t need to bring much. The kids loved the pool and it was an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The rental company was one of the best we have stayed with at Sea Pines.

I wanted to have a quick getaway after being stuck at home for months due to COVID. I decided to do a quick road trip and was looking for an awesome place for me, my friend and my pup. This condo was perfect. Great decor with EVERYTHING I needed, down to books and board games. Fully stocked kitchen, beautifully appointed and close to the supermarket and restaurants. Appreciated the gift basket (yum) and gift cards. Super clean, great customer service ...I really appreciated the call after I arrived to make sure everything was ok. I booked this trip at the last minute and everyone was super accommodating. The overall Sea Pines property is older, but the actual condo and overall common areas (walking/biking paths) were great. Would book again!

5 stars all around for Beverly Serral! This was our 3rd trip to HHI but first with Beverly Serral. Unit was *very* clean and well-stocked as advertised. We are **very** particular about cleanliness and have had issues in past at other vacation sites. This was our first vacation with our Westie and were leery about the cleanliness of a unit that allowed pets. Tile floors all throughout as all beach vacation condos should be! Granite counters and nice stainless appliances too. Convenient to Harbor Town and Sea Pines Beach Club. Keyless entry was convenient. Excellent customer service from Beverly! We also vacation at Disney, Destin, and Gulf Shores. This has been the best experience and we will return to HHI and Beverly Serral Signature Rentals!

Best condo rental experience we have ever had! Absolutely everything was as presented. The unit was very clean and well supplied. The communication was exact. I love the location. The only downside might be that there are a lot of rules, and the beach is a 15 minute walk. Looking forward to renting this exact unit again, only staying much longer next time!

This property was in a great location close to Sea Pines beach club. The size of the unit was just right for for four adults. It was clean and comfortable with a great view of the golf course.

First off the attention to detail was amazing, all the soap dispensers were filled and they were not goopy. The Condo was IMMACULATE!! It was awesome to have everything we needed, since it cut down on what we needed to bring. We would be very hard pressed to find another rental company that could top this one. They provided everything for you, where to go eat, sites to visit, who to rent bikes from, you name it, it was there for you. We will DEFINATELY use them again.

We recently stayed at 531 Plantation Club Villa in Sea Pines. We came in very late in the day and were very impressed with the ease and detail included in our welcome package. We were guided by the information in it to easily get to our rental. Once we arrived at the rental, we were amazed at how clean it was, the welcome basket left on the counter, and how well laid out and updated it was. It was very nicely and thoughtfully done! I have a large family and we easily found space for everyone to be comfortable with the stay. We literally over packed because other than cloths and groceries, everything we needed was already there. Being this was our first trip to Hilton Head Island, we sent several questions to Bev and the team which they answered very quickly and with helpful links. The home was located right across from the very well kept pool and was only a 10 minute walk to the beach club. The balcony overlooked the 9th hole of the golf course. I would highly recommend staying here. We plan on going back again next year as this was a fantastic trip that really helped us to enjoy the trip and worry about nothing else!

We loved this villa. It had everything we needed. So many little details were included. Even down to a deck of cards we were happy to find. The villa was super clean with quality and comfortable furniture. Especially the beds. Soooo comfortable. Kids agreed! We’ve stayed in other plantation club villas, but this was by far the most updated, clean and inviting. Will rent from bestnest again. Wonderful experience. And central to everything we love in Sea Pines (Harbour town, salty dog, Lawton stables).

We visit Hilton Head frequently and have been doing so for 30 years. I can say without question that our experience with Beverly Serral Signature Rentals and 531 Plantation Club Villa far exceeded our expectations (and we have high expectations). The villa was exactly as pictured and was the cleanest, best equipped rental in which we have ever stayed. Beverly and her team have anticipated any need a guest may have. The location was convenient to everything and was a quick walk or bike ride to the beach. The customer service was fantastic beginning with our first inquiry all the way through to checkout- thanks Lucia and Beverly. While this was our first stay in a Beverly Serral Signature Rental, it is certainly not our last because we are spoiled now. As our family said, this was the "best Thanksgiving ever" due in no small part to this beautiful villa.

Hi Steve-- Yes, we hate it when the golf course decides to rebuild...... but you are correct-- it is nearly finished and fantastic now! I will ring you up, but will assume that the "2" for location is due to the course construction, as overall, this location is terrific! Located on the bike path, with pool in front of building, in walking distance to the Sea Pines Beach Club-- doesn't get much better!
