Patio Homes: Generally the most affordable of homes in Sea Pines, built on lots considered to be smaller than "full size", usually in the 70' x 100' range. Patio homes can be found in the neighborhoods of Club Course, Carolina Place, Lawton Woods, and Greenwood Forest. The neighborhoods of Carolina Place and Greenwood Forest have their own neighborhood swimming pools and tennis courts.
Wooded, Golf, and Water View Homes: A very large group of homes that include full time residences, second homes, and investment/rental property. Neighoborhoods include Heritage Woods, Club Course, Baynard Cove/Baynard Park area, and Plantation Drive. Prices range widely from $800,000 to over $3 million.
Deep Water Properties: These homes have deep water views or even private deep water access and are priced at $1 million to $5 million. Locations include South Beach and Calibogue Cay.
Ocean Oriented Properties: Generally 2 to 12 "rows" from the ocean, with easy access to the beach. These homes vary widely from older, classic homes built in the 1970's to brand new construciton with all the bells and whistles. Pricing from $1 million to over $4 million.
Oceanfront Homes: Those who own will tell you there's nothing like living on the ocean. The sights, the sounds, the breezes.............the prices: $5 million to $8 million.
