10 Audubon Pond Road: Sea Pines

The home was perfect for our group. It was clean and very bright with lots of space to give everyone space. It was well equipped with all those extras. The location was ideal. Convenient to all parts of Sea Pines.
Best Nest was very easy to work with. They provided the extras that are needed with enough to last for the week. We would definitely rent this home again and work with Best Nest.

This property was great. Definitely recommend renting bikes. We rented from Hilton Head Outfitters (10% off for BestNest customers) but there is also a rental at South Beach. You can walk or bike to the beach (there are walkways and parks along the main road for access) and to South Beach racquet to play tennis or pickle ball or to Harbour Town. Pool is a bit chilly for the spring season even when heated but kids still used it. The house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The beds are very comfortable and the house is beautiful. We would definitely return.

First off, Beverly and her team are amazing. This was our second stay in one of her properties and we will never consider staying anywhere in Hilton Head besides one of her properties. They are clean and the amount of items that come stocked with the house are amazing.

This house is amazing. It has so much space and the pool is amazing. Can’t say enough great things about this house.

In a word, amazing. The pictures on the website don’t do it justice. The place was absolutely fabulous. Five couples came down to the home to celebrate a 40th birthday. The fight started on what adult couple wanted to stay in the bunk room! Tucked away from the rest of the home, it was a small getaway within. From there, we all had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the home. The home was well stocked, extremely clean, with beautiful little touches throughout. We rented bikes and rode to the Salty Dog and different beaches pretty easy. It’s centrally located!

We would absolutely stay again. The team at Beverly Serral were extremely accommodating and communicative. Thank you!

Wow - what a great property! We know this particular location in Sea Pines very well, and love the close proximity to beach and biking trails. The house is more modern than many in Sea Pines, having been built in the last couple decades... rooms are spacious and lovely screened porch and pool area. What really made this visit over the top was BESTNEST by Beverly Serral. To say the property was clean is an understatement. It was by far the most immaculate of any we have rented. Furnishings were very well kept and nicely styled. The home was perfectly stocked: coffee filters, spices, all the cookware/glassware you can imagine, soaps, paper products, laundry products, beach equipment, etc., etc. The fees are higher than others, but I can say worth every cent for the level of service. BESTNEST will be our go-to for future HHI visits!

What a wonderful week we had! This house was perfect for us...a terrific location, only a short walk or bike to the beach and in the evenings we enjoyed the pool. Beverly Serrel properties are all well appointed plus enough games and toys for the entire family. Seriously, for a great vacation in a BESTNEST property all you need to bring is your clothes and food. Everything else is provided. We enjoyed a fabulous family reunion with 4 very different families and everyone wants to return next year. There’s something for everyone in Sea Pines. Property was super clean and customer care 5 star. Thanks for the very special week.

We had a wonderful time. The house was so family friendly. We were a group of 8 adults and 2 children. The house offered plenty of gathering spaces. We especially loved the kitchen, screen deck and the pool area. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to make delicious dinners and cocktails. The bedroom layouts and bathrooms provided plenty of privacy. The house included plenty of beach towels and beach accessories. Bestnest was a pleasure to work with and were very accommodating. They made sure we had everything we needed for our vacation, including a cute welcome basket!

Our tennis team was playing in a state tournament in Hilton Head and needed accomodations for the tournament. This home was a perfect place for our ladies tennis team to escape and relax before and after our matches. The home is stocked and set up with so many little details that made a huge difference for us. It allowed us to enjoy our time versus worrying about whether we had enough supplies. The encouraging notes left in surprising places by the owner were the best. The office staff who we met at check-in were also so pleasant. Hope we get a chance to stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This house was beautiful, spacious, and an easy walk or bike ride to the beach. Plenty of comfy beds and seating for a large group. We love that the kitchen and beach gear is well stocked so we can save ourselves having to pack them. We hope to stay again next year!
