Our ALL NEW BESTNEST/Luxe property at 14 North Live Oak, Sea Pines, showcases the concept beautifully-- this is a casually chic, and gracious home, new construction 2023, resplendent with inviting indoor and outdoor spaces. This property requires a minimum 7-night stay in summer, with Saturday arrivals and departures. Easter/Heritage week requires a 7-night stay with flexible arrival and departure days, and 4 night minimum in other seasons.

CAMERAS/SECURITY: Doorbell camera only. No interior cameras.

POOL HEATING: Heatable with propane (efficient in all months/air temperatures).The charge for BOTH is $350.00 for the first day and $150.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable. Please inquire for winter rates.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.
