1594 Lagoon Villas: Sea Pines

We very much enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. The property was super clean and VERY nice. I believe it is a new property so there was some issues with the cable and internet working. In addition, the book left at the property did not indicate where the beach gear was located. We did not think to look in the back bedroom closet. So, more information about those two things up front would have been helpful. The gift basket was a very nice touch! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful girls’ vacation! It was fantastic being so close to all the activities that South Beach had to offer and yet feel so relaxed and enjoy such peaceful surroundings at this lovely villa. Beautifully decorated, well appointed with everything we could possibly need and so comfortable. This is definitely one of our favorite Hilton Head accommodations.

We love staying in a Beverly Serral rental home. They are always well equipped and clean, with just about all the comforts of home. This home is bright and comfortable. Our only recommendations would be firmer sofa cushions, as they are breaking down & you sink when seated; and to exterminate the drain flies in the bathrooms. Otherwise, it was great and the location is so close to The Salty Dog and pickle ball courts. Community pool is walking distance too. We definitely recommend this rental!

Property was very clean and beautifully decorated. The villa had everything we needed for our week stay. All the beach gear-chairs, cart, umbrellas was good quality and put to use by our family. We loved the location, just a short walk to the beach and Salty Dog. We have stayed in HHI many times but this has been our favorite rental. We would definitely come back!

This property is ideally situated near South Beach and all that it has to offer, but tucked away so as to offer lots of privacy. The view from the back porch to the lagoon is great for morning coffee and evening breaks. The house itself is very spacious and impeccably maintained. This is our second stay at this property and we would stay here again on next trip.

Our family enjoyed a comfortable stay at this lovely villa after a year and 6 months of not being together. I can't think of a better place to reconnect. This villa is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and well supplied with all one could want for a beach vacation. Just steps away from the Salty Dog Marina, tennis courts, the beach, and water sports there is an abundance of attractive activities right on your doorstep.

This is our second stay at this home. We love the decor and location (quick walk to Salty Dog). We spent a lot of time on the deck watching the lagoon wildlife, and the retractable awning is a nice plus. After dark, the TV's and streaming options are great!

Only one complaint - the living room furniture is not as comfortable as we would have liked. The sofa needs to be replaced, and if you had 6 people, the seating is limited! Other furnishings are first rate!

We would be glad to stay there again or at any BestNest property.

Excellent location in Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island. Very quiet and relaxing. Short walk to the beach and to the Salty Dog. The Villa is beautifully decorated. A great nights sleep with comfy bedding and pillows.
Would definitely recommend this location for a vacation rental.

Stunning! Great location! The Villa was relaxing and beautifully decorated. The “special” treats left for guests were not only delicious they were very much appreciated after a long drive and later arrival. Everyone in area were very cordial. The walk to some of the shops and restaurants were convenient, very accessible. Same with the beach area. The beach chairs and cart and coolers were a plus. Many “extra” thought out misc etc to make the vacation the best one yet! Will look forward to our next trip! Also, the staff was very nice and helpful.

Another extremely good experience with this rental, the third different one we have done through Beverley Serral. As we have found previously, the house was very well appointed. All the basics are present, but the small touches are what differentiate. There is a great understanding of what is required to enhance the experience beyond the functional. We would stay again, and recommend to others.

Amazing property and service by the property management team - this house was spotless and service was exceptional! This property is close to the beach, tennis courts and the Salty Dog amenities (tennis, restaurants, playground, pool). It's also a bike ride away from the Beach Club and Harbour Town. Thank you for letting us borrow it for 10 days - we enjoyed bike rides, the beaches and seeing the dolphins at the tip of the island only feet away!

This is the second rental that we have done through Beverly Serral and the experience was wonderful. Everything need is anticipated (all kitchen utensils, good cutlery, pans, etc) and the homes are very tastefully decorated. I plan to rent this home again.

We really enjoyed this home for its quality and location. We had great weather to enjoy the decks overlooking one of the lagoons. Easy walk to the beach or to the shops and restaurants at South Beach Island Marina. We really wished we had the time to stay longer. The only negative with these types of rentals is the rental agreement. From all feedback we have ever gotten, we are great renters that care for other people's properties; however, these rental agreements freak me out because they require you to inspect the property upon arrival to make sure any existing damage isn't blamed on you (the required detail for the inspection seems to vary by agency). I get it and the need for it, but it still hurts the experience. It’s always a nagging concern in the back of my mind of what I was supposed to inspect or whether I’ve missed something after a bad experience we had with a boat rental years ago. Unfortunately, we didn't have the energy after a long drive to do the inspection, but, thankfully, we did not get blamed for any of the issues we ended up finding during our stay (just minor stuff like rug spots, some dusty cheese under a piece of furniture, floor cupping near the refrigerator; a towel bar that fell off in the bathroom, but we were able to restore and tighten). Thankfully, the home was in great shape otherwise. The rental agency was super helpful and great to work with. After having rented via Beverly Serral Vacation Rentals, my fear of their rental agreement has subsided a bit. We will definitely be back.

You are correct, it sets a level of expectation of our guests, but also sets the bar for us to be accountable to you. And your damage protection premium protects you! We are always baffled when something breaks and no one tells us-- when it will be covered by the damage protection! And dogs-- oh we had an awful experience once with a dog (owner) who left a mess and then dared me to prove that her dog made the mess. She accused the housekeepers......... really? This is why we ask our guests to let us know if anything is amiss that we might have missed. That's all! Beverly

This property was everything promised. The location was perfect for us. It was a short walk to the Salty Dog Cafe, and all the amenities offered (bike rentals, dolphin tours, kayaking, etc). It was also within walking distance to the beach. Beverly Serral provided everything you would need for a fun and relaxing day at the beach. The property was very well maintained. The only problem we came across was a light burned out in the shore. They responded within half an hour to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend this property.

My friend and I came to Hilton Head to celebrate my neighbor’s acceptance to medical school. The Villa was perfect in every way! Great South Beach location (quick walk to the beach and the Salty Dog Cafe), 3 comfortable en suites, impeccably clean and very well appointed. Even had a sturdy cart to carry all the beach gear, including sand castle making toys (which we used!). Easy check in, had yummy basket of treats waiting upon arrival. Had bath soap, all the dish cleaning items you’ll need, even laundry soap. Nice if you are flying in and don’t have room in your suitcase for all that stuff. Do not hesitate to stay here - it’s a real gem. Best rental I’ve ever stayed in, anywhere!
