Our family thoroughly enjoyed this condo. It was immaculatly clean and had everything we needed for our famiy of 5. Nice goodies in the kitchen was a plus. They even furnished shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

October Stay

Located near the green on the 2nd Hole of Harbor Town Golf Course the views were spectacular including the wildlife. The property is recently renovated and the furnishings, etc are first-rate! This is exactly what we have come to expect from BestNest and this villa did not disappoint

The location of this townhome was perfect. We could walk to the Shoppes at Sea Pines Center to pick up our bikes, visit the lovely shops for coffee and dinner anytime (excellent options!). There was a farmers market and art show event during the week of our stay and we loved them. You can also jump on the Trolley from the Shoppes area, so very convenient if you need to take several items to the beach. The bike ride to the beach is about 15 minutes. We were very satisfied with the quality of the renovated living spaces which were lovely and fully stocked for our stay! One recommendation would be to be sure and plan for running box fans in the upstairs of the home for the duration of a stay during the summer. The air conditioning was not able to make those living spaces comfortable otherwise. Truly a wonderful visit!

We totally enjoyed our stay- location is perfect and the appointment of the villa is very nice. We would love to rent this unit again.

I did think that upon our arrival the unit seemed like it needed a refresh of the prior cleaning. Very quick dusting and wipe down of counters did the trick.

Last minute booking was easy as well as clear instructions for arrivals d departure. Spotless, fully renovated condo. Had everything we needed and more. We didn’t cook but the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with all new items. Supplies like trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper etc all provided. Customer service 5 star as well. Will use BESTNEST in the future I just wish they operated countrywide!
