63 South Sea Pines: Sea Pines

Great place, great customer service and fantastic experience. The house was well designed and extremely well cleaned and maintained. From all of the rental companies we have used down in Sea Pines this was by far the best customer experience. I have used multiple companies and Beverly handles everything like it is her own house. We had a minor plumbing issue that was unknown and I called her at 830 at night and she picked up the phone personally! She asked if we needed anything and told me she would call me in the morning once she spoke to the plumber. She messaged me at 730am and had a plumber there to handle it at 10am. She was in constant contact with me and once the plumber left she had her head cleaning team come and clean all of the bathrooms. I never write reviews but Beverly and her staff are far and beyond other companies!

This was our first vacation since the start of the pandemic, and it did not disappoint. The rental was beautiful and clean just as described with wonderful amenities. Excellent customer service. Easy walk to the beach, and we loved having the pool. We will be back!

We had a wonderful experience at this BestNest property. The one level floorplan is fantastic, each room was plenty spacious and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen had everything that was needed for cooking each meal. We also had the pool heated and it was consistently warm throughout our entire stay. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach and right on the main road, making it quite convenient. The BestNest team pays attention to quality and service from beginning to end. We'd highly recommend!

From the making the reservation up to the time we left the property, Best Nest really impressed us. The staff is very professional and responsive. Communication was excellent. Renting from BESTNEST is always an enjoyable experience. We had never stayed in this particular unit before. The kitchen is always well stocked and there are plenty of beach supplies to take to the ocean. The unit was on a busier street but with easy access to the ocean and bike trails. The private pool at the property was clean and well-maintained. We would stay at this home again!

Renting from Beverly Serral has been a great experience. The customer service is top notch! The property itself was beautiful, clean, and exactly like it was promoted if not even better. We loved it so much we booked another week. We have 3 teenagers. The property's location was great for them to ride bikes to the Salty Dog, get to the beach and being on the lagoon offered my son endless fishing time. It was great & we can't wait to come back!

We had a very nice stay overall. Felt we could have enjoyed the pool area more had it been free of leaves or debris initially. That being said, pool maintenance people came out and cleaned it. Some of this problem could be resolved if the trees were trimmed back. BESTNEST Beverly Serral is the best!

The house was super cute. The kitchen was stocked better than any house we have ever rented. that was a huge plus. The only downside was the bathroom floors were not super clean when we checked in. Other than that, the house was clean/well stocked.

We had a great stay here! The house is beautiful and stocked with everything you need, and more! Plenty of paper products, cleaning supplies, plastic storage bags, towels, beach needs, and the kitchen was full of really nice dishes, pots, pans, etc. The pool area in back was very peaceful; partly shaded and a nice view of the wildlife on the pond. It's a quick walk/bike ride to a wide, quiet part of the beach where we had no problem social distancing. We highly recommend this property.

The house was fully stocked with everything you could think of even birthday candles for my daughters cake. Cleaning products and beach equipment made it so easy to want to stay here for weeks! I loved that we were walking distance to the beach. The location of the house is off of the main road which could get a little busy with cars at times. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was great for 1 family. An additional bathroom for the king room in the front of the house would have been perfect. The backyard was quiet and relaxing. The kids lived in the pool.

Stayed at this rental with another family - 4 adults and 4 kids under 7. This house was fantastic and the overall experience was excellent.
Pros:
- Fully stocked kitchen and I mean fully stocked. Cleaners for counters, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, soap. Drawers full of kitchen tools and misc needs like candles, bandaids, batteries, lighters, etc.
- Pool was cleaned while we were there which was really nice
- Beds were super comfortable with extra space for the kids to sleep on a variety of beds and even in the extra large closets (for littles ha)
- Super comfy bedding in each room - no one was given a shaft of bedding experience
- Every TV was equipped with a smart TV option and even logged into Netflix by room so you could continue shows from space to space
- Stocked beack toys and chairs for use
- Extra fridge outsdie
- loads of parking space
- Very quick ride/walk to the beach acess which is in a less populated area so it was quite and not crowded
- Lovely outdoor scenery and lighting
- House code for easy access coming and going

Con: (these are miniscule and should be more so listed as feedback)
- Having to arrive at the office before going into sea pines. I know you need parking passes but its a bit of a backtrack and depnding on traffic a bit annoying but a blip overall
- A floor plan or virtual walk through of the house would have been helpful to pre-plan sleeping arraingmentsand better understand the geneeral layout when traveling with kids
(again miniscule items)

Overall, I would give this 5 Stars. Lovely home, ammenities and experience. Will rent again!

Our family, ranging in age from 2 to 76, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 63 South Sea Pines. Beverly Seral and her team were very professional, and helped in many ways - recommending a source for baby gear, facilitating easy access for other family members staying outside Sea Pines, and relaying impending storm information in a timely and calm manner.

The spacious home and well equipped kitchen allowed us to have family meals together, while maintaining privacy when wanted.

The walk to the beach is a half mile, which was not ideal for one member of our group. There are numerous beach chairs, sand toys, coolers, umbrellas, and a wagon to tote things to the beach. There were also pool floats available - an added bonus.

One of the bathrooms is teeny, tiny...seems to be a one-time powder room with a small shower added. There were no photos of this bath on the site and no floor plan provided, so this was a bit shocking for the couple who had to access this bath by walking through the kitchen. Advance knowledge of this bath's smallness would have been helpful.

Exceedingly pleased. This home was so comfortable and well laid out. We were concerned about having 4 adult couples in this house but wow! It’s was perfect best week with friends ever! We were so close to golf, tennis, beach, Salty Dog everything was so close and active! The huge dinning area served us well for dinners and cards but I do admit it was so perfect at the pool that a lot of time was in the super private pool area. The service from Best Nest was beyond perfect and the house was well equipped with everything we needed just like home!

Overall the house was clean and nice for our stay. A couple of things kept me from giving our stay five stars. One thing that was disappointing was our requirement to stop at the rental facility to get the welcome packet. This should have been mailed to our home to alleviate the additional stop. Secondly the home is on a busy street near a curve, which caused an abundance of traffic noise. However, the rental was well appointed with everything we needed and was the cleanest house we stayed at on the island.

Ryan-- thank you for your comments! Honestly, if I had to depend on the USPS (no offense to any of our USPS friends!) to ensure our guests had their vehicle passes in hand, I would have more gray hair than I already do. Plus, a few people ruined it for everyone and so for years we have not give out gate passes earlier than 4 pm. I have stories............ And yes, google map will tell you the exact location of this house, traffic in Sea Pines being a relevant term. We thank you for your four. Our best to you! Beverly
